Gary R. ("Rusty") McCain joined the firm in 1992 after graduating summa cum laude and cum laude from the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree and law degree, respectively. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining ALLEN, McCAIN & O'MAHONY, P.C., Mr. McCain worked for three and-a-half years as an associate at Webb & Daniel, an Atlanta defense firm. Mr. McCain has great expertise in the procedural and technical aspects of malpractice cases.
