PRESTON L. HAYES
Preston grew up in the River Parishes and graduated from Riverside Academy in Reserve, Louisiana in 1997. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2002, where he was a three-year letterman in baseball. He earned his juris doctor degree from Loyola University – New Orleans in 2005, where he also competed as part of the Mock Trial Team.

In over a decade of practice, Preston has extensive litigation experience in various areas of the law, included all areas of construction litigation, business litigation, class and collective actions, and personal injury in both federal and state courts. Preston, along with his co-counsel, have been appointed as class counsel in numerous collective actions brought in federal court to vindicate workers’ rights under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
